- Claude Code integrated into day-to-day development.
- Guardrails: AI assists, humans decide, and outputs are reviewed, never merged blindly.
- Workflow automation for docs and repetitive scaffolding.
Result / impact
Faster reviews and documentation with consistent quality, freeing engineering time for higher-value work.
Lessons learned
AI helps most when the task is narrow and you can verify the output. Scope it loosely and you spend the saved time reviewing.
